1. Nature of the Service Aligned: The Couples Workshop (the "App") is an educational coaching and self-improvement platform owned and operated by The Connected Path LLC ("the Company"). It provides a structured workshop environment that utilizes principles from established relationship research and clinical frameworks. By using this App, you acknowledge that The Connected Path LLC and its agents are providing coaching and curriculum, not clinical diagnosis, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

2. Not a Patient-Provider Relationship Your use of the App, including any interactions with content provided by Jon Dillow or "The Lead Architect," does not create a therapist-patient relationship with Jon Dillow, The Connected Path LLC, or What Healthy Couples Do. The App is not a substitute for professional clinical therapy. If you require mental health care or are in a crisis (including domestic violence), you agree to seek help from a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Product Definitions & Expectations

• The Relationship MRI: A proprietary "discovery tool" designed to provide insight into your relationship dynamics.
• The 8-Week Build: A structured "curriculum" designed for partnership enhancement. While these tools are designed to facilitate growth, no specific relationship outcome is guaranteed. Success is dependent on the mutual effort and engagement of both partners.

4. Optional Consultation Services The "Consult with the Lead Architect" feature is an optional coaching service provided by Jon Dillow through What Healthy Couples Do (the "Consultant"), which is a separate service offering from the App.

• No In-App Contract: Selecting this option initiates an external inquiry and does not constitute a contract for services within the App.
• Separate Agreement: Any coaching engagement entered into with the Consultant is subject to a separate, private service agreement and is not governed by these App Terms of Service.
• No Clinical Care: You acknowledge that these consultations are for relationship education and coaching purposes only and do not constitute clinical therapy or medical diagnosis.

5. Acceptable Use & Collaborative Partnership The App is designed for collaborative partnership. Users agree to use the text entry features solely for the purpose of constructive relationship building. Using the platform to transmit abusive, demeaning, or harassing content to a partner is a strict violation of these terms. The App is intended for "healthy" couples; it is not designed to address relationships involving active abuse, untreated addiction, or severe clinical pathology.

6. Ownership Rights (Intellectual Property) All content within the App—including videos, exercise structures, the proprietary "Relationship MRI" logic, and the "Lead Architect" curriculum—is the exclusive property of The Connected Path LLC. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Fees and Payments All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. One purchase covers access for both partners as described in the specific tier. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for "lack of results," as the outcome is dependent on user engagement and the complexities of human relationships.

8. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the settings menu. Please note that because pairing creates a shared data environment, the only way to cease sharing your inputs with a paired partner is to delete your account.

9. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Connected Path LLC and its members, managers, and agents (including Jon Dillow and What Healthy Couples Do) from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Limits and Exclusion of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Connected Path LLC and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, emotional distress or relationship dissolution, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law This agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
